THE DESIGN PROCESS

• A specialized designer will review your budget and your needs and desires lists to determine what is possible to accomplish with your budget and requirements.
• Once your budget and requirements are determined, the design process starts.
• A designer will create your project on a computer so you can see what your home improvement project will look like in real-life 3-D. This will help you get a feel for whether the design meets your requirements before construction ever starts.
• Our staff will print up detailed specifications for your project to eliminate any guess work or misunderstanding before the final design is completed.
• When the designs and specifications meet your expectations, the final design will be completed by our architect.

THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

• Once the drawings are complete, JCS Designer and Builder, Inc. will prepare all documents for the city and obtain any necessary permits.
• Our production manager will overlook the entire process from design through project completion.
• Your project will be assigned a lead carpenter who will be the supervisor and head carpenter from start to finish of your project.
• There will be a pre-construction meeting between the designer, production manager, lead carpenter and the client to ensure that all parties understand the scope of the project as well as each other's expectations.
• During construction there will be a meeting with the designer, production manager, lead carpenter and client to ensure the project is proceeding as expected
• A post-construction meeting is scheduled to ensure satisfactory completion of project
• The construction manager makes a 6 month follow up visit to assure everyting about your project is still to your satisfaction
• The JCS Designer and Builder, Inc. 5-year warranty is your guarantee of continued satisfaction with your project
