Dear Bruce,

We are writing this letter to share our experiences with you and your excellent team.

We spent years researching architects, builders and established homes before we made our final decision to stay put and invest in our home. We met with several architects (some good, some not so good) and sent our plans to 10 different builders. Our heart, soul and resources were firmly committed to this project.

We remember our first conversation with you. You had several projects in the works and had some concerns about ours being realistic. We said we were willing to work with someone who brings ideas and expertise to the table as long as they were willing to partner with us. You agreed to meet with us and show us ideas on your CAD program.

That meeting we learned that you were knowledgeable about your business and had a good feel for what we wanted to accomplish artistically. We had a "gut" feeling that you were an honest person. This was particularly important because we had friends who worked with builders who were good technicians but terrible managers, causing extensive delays and lots of overruns.

To confirm our feelings, we spoke with a couple of your references, none of which had a project as large as ours. We heard concsistently that you could be trusted to keep your word. When you agreed to work with us as partner, and that you had very high expectations of your employees and subs, we signed the contract.

You know we had several ups and downs in the six months. Each time you were willing to meet us at 7 o'clock in the morning (before we went to work) to talk it out and find a reasonable and realistic solution. We always appreciated this even if we didn't tell you enough. We were very pleased with the majority of your employees and subs. Their committment to quality mirrors yours.

We believe what made this experience as positive as it could be (given the disruption in our lives) were the qualities in your project supervisor, Chris Blake. Chris is very skilled in the trades, is an awesome listener, showed committment to our needs and was always one or two steps ahead of the days work.

For all these reasons, we have been and will continue to serve as a reference for prospective clients. Best of luck for the remainder of 2002 and thereafter. Let us know how we can be of help.
