OUR HISTORY

JCS Designer and Builder Inc's president, Bruce Johnson, built custom new homes from 1976 to 1981. From 1981 to present, he has been designing and building custom additions and all types of remodeling.  Over 1000 homeowners have had their homes and lives improved by our quality workmanship, customer service and well-designed improvements to their homes.

We will approach each project with diligence and honesty to deliver a product of the highest quality and value to homeowner.  We will do so in a timely manner and a way that will give the homeowner an enjoyable experience.   We will strive to make the work environment one that will help each employee and subcontractor reach their potential spiritually, mentally, physically and financially.

THE DESIGN / BUILD INTEGRATION

First a construction budget is determined that will fit the homeowner's budget and improvement needs. After the budget, needs and desires are determined, our in-house designers and architect will design the home improvement that will best fit the homeowner's needs, desires and budget. Our in-house construction department builds all the improvements created by our design team.  The design / build concept works best for most homeowners because with different parties for the design and construction stages, false hopes can be created by the designers regarding cost and timeframe that cannot be met by any company doing the construction. The design / build system eliminates the budget and time problems because those issues are worked out before the design process is even started.

PEACE OF MIND WARRANTY

JCS Designer and Builder, Inc. offers a five year written warranty for material and labor, in addition to any individual manufacturer's warranty. Our service team is available seven days a week for any warranty service needs.
