ABOUT INTERVIEW SUCCESS, INC.
Interview Success, Inc. was formed based on our core belief -- that better interviewing skills can change an individual's life by helping them to secure better jobs and negotiate higher salaries and bonuses.
The founder of Interview Success, Inc., Daniel A. Persico, brings 18 years of professional recruiting experience to each interview training session. His career spans from his recent work as a recruiting manager for a Big 4 public accounting firm to over a decade of experience in the world of executive search, where he served as a recruiter, manager and owner.
Dan developed this program based on years of work with a national network of clients and business contacts. He is driven by his passion for helping candidates reach their greatest potential.
Being a part of a candidate's success is truly rewarding. I believe that exceptional interview skills will lead to exceptional opportunities. Working with candidates to help them become better interviewers is the area of recruiting which I find the most gratifying.
